NJB Security Services knows that quality service is defined by the daily efforts and ethics of each Security Officer assigned to your location. With this in mind, we strive for excellence in all of our pre-assignment and daily supervisory activities, and include pre-screening of applicants, pre-assignment training procedures, and daily field supervision.
Each new client is welcomed into the family through a detailed aggressive conversion program, starting at least two weeks before the takeover date, and continuing as long as needed to insure the development of working relationships with all tenants and building management. We encourage clients to arrange a pre-start up location meeting where we can meet with representatives from each organization and explain our strategic plans; addressing concerns they may have, and establishing critical communication channels.
This relationship is maintained through continual corporate management and road supervisory visits. Supervisors work with officers on a weekly basis to continue their education in the security field and specific post activities. Ongoing training sessions are also conducted on a quarterly basis. Client meetings are scheduled at your discretion to address opportunities for improvement before they become issues.
