NJB Security Services knows that quality service is defined by the daily efforts and ethics of each Security Officer assigned to your location. With this in mind we strive for excellence in all of our pre-assignment and daily supervisory activities and include pre-screening of applicants, pre-assignment training procedures, and daily field supervision.

 

Our Client Services Team was established to ensure this "Strive for Excellence" standard. They conduct continued audits of all hiring and staffing activities. They also frequently meet with clients and security officers to solicit new ideas, and proactive input. These ideas will be taken from concepts to implementation as quickly as possible, whenever they are appropriate. A monthly Services Activities Report is generated, and passed along to your designated representatives. Monthly meetings are scheduled with different groups of security officers to allow them to voice their concerns and ideas.

Our team approach to management is the cutting edge needed to maintain a qualified team of security professionals at all levels; from each individual Security Officer, through Corporate Management.

 

Frank Maiolo
President

In 1982, Frank left his career in the customer service sector of the airlines industry to help establish NJB. Frank has held every post at NJB, and knows first-hand what clients expect.Frank, while President, is still “hands-on,” and maintains close working relationships with all customers. In addition, Frank has successfully developed customer training programs and security programs for national chains and large property management companies. He is a licensed private investigator in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and is also licensed as a New York State Security Instructor, who has trained thousands of officers. Frank is active in the American Society for Industrial Security(ASIS) the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State(ALDONYS).

 

Michael Schulz
Director of Operations

Mike Schulz brings nearly twenty years of senior level security operations experience to NJB. After a career with a national service provider,Mike now directs the day to day operations of all NJB accounts, and is involved in customer account relations,training and technical support services. In his career, Mike has been involved in major events and management throughout the world, lending his expertise to such organizations as the Professional Golf Association (PGA), National Football League (NFL), the National Basketball Association (NBA), and the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA).

 

Michael Maiolo
Marketing Director

Michael Maiolo is a marketing professional with experience in a multitude of industries. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA., and is an active member of professional associations in the field. Michael quite literally grew up in the security industry, and has held many positions at NJB Security from the time he was in junior high school. Today, he serves as the Director of Marketing, and is responsible for all inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.
